>Repsonsible for EPS steering mechanical parts development
>Responsible for prototyping, testing and system performance evaluation
>Responsible for rack EPS mechanical components localization
>Responsible for launch stability technical support
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責
>Lead rack EPS mechanical components localization activities.
>Responsible for the EPS steering component mechnical construction design, output 3D&2D drawings base on specification input,，plus the ability analyze dimensional tolerance chain is preferred.
>Responsible for simulate and check the clearance, kinematic, space, and be able to optimization of model as well.
>Responsible for identify potential risk on design interface, package for assemble and manufacture feasibility.
>Responsible for design timing plan, following up the technical open issues, failure analysis, generate product readiness document/report with intern competent team members.
>Support configuration management and change management.
>Team work with project team, inclusive process development team, purchasing team and supplier quality ensurance team, etc.
>Organize meeting with EU team and local team.
>Excellent knowleage of desing tool CATIA V
