Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé))
1. Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint處理客戶抱怨
a. Verification & validation of customer complaint確認(rèn)再現(xiàn)客戶抱怨信息
b. Provide FA reports to customers, track FAR response time and CA (Corrective Action) effectiveness.
對客訴樣品進行失效分析,及時反饋以及改善措施的有效性.
2. Involving in line deviation management. 參與在線質(zhì)量異常
a. Identify problem as one key team member. 作為內(nèi)部改善團隊成員,參與識別問題
b. Host MRB(Material Review Board)meeting to dispose the deviation &potential deviation material
主持召開異常材料回顧會議并主導(dǎo)處理異常和潛在異常產(chǎn)品
c. Identify root cause & work on improvement activities. 識別根本原因,推動改善
d. Periodic meeting to review effectiveness of result. 跟蹤改善措施的有效性
3. Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management) 管理產(chǎn)品和制程變更
a. Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member
作為變更團隊成員參與變更以及相關(guān)風(fēng)險的識別和評估
b. Post change follow up & documentation of changes
協(xié)調(diào)變更管理,,確認(rèn)變更執(zhí)行的效果以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
4. Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment
處理特殊放行以及叫停潛在異常庫存品基于風(fēng)險評估
5.Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization) 客退品處置
6. Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit 負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部制程審核,,產(chǎn)品審核
7. Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.
通過回顧本部門業(yè)務(wù)流程,推動持續(xù)改善,,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程
8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 主管交由的其他工作內(nèi)容
Qualification (任職者要求)
1. Bachelor degree or above 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷
2. More than 5 Years of experience of semiconductor/ Electronics Industry / Automotive industry; 5年以上半導(dǎo)體,、電子、汽車行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗
3. SAP, 8D, SPC, QC tools, computer skills; 熟悉SAP,8D,SPC,質(zhì)量工具,,
4. Internal auditor of IATF16949/VDA6.3/LPA(Layered Process Audit);
IATF16949/VDA6.3/分層審核內(nèi)部審核員
5. Fluent English both in written and spoken流利的英文口語和書寫能力
6. Familiar with JEDEC, AEC Q standard 熟悉JEDEC,,AEC Q標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
