職位描述
基本工作職能: Key Job Responsibility
? Work with master distributor for B2B distribution business management and new B/C store(Taobao/Tmall/JD) expansion to achieve sales target
? Review sales/behavior performance routinely for continuous optimization (e.g., merchandise selection/pricing/consumer service)
? Online sales promotions execution and review
? Maintain good relationship with penetrated stores and sub distributor
? Routine market visit to get customer feedback and market information
? Assist to optimize B2B distribution business model
? Coordinate with operations and sales to meet company goals
任職條件
教育程度/工作經(jīng)歷/知識(shí)、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Familiar with online distribution market, especially imported petfood market
? Good experience in Maintaining relationship with B/C stores
? Business Development capability
? Analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work in high-pressure situations
? Start up company/project background are preferred
? Pet Industry experience / Pet Owner is a plus
