1.Develop new polymeric materials for new applications.

Key Responsibility

3.Train junior for the competency improvement regarding the test and analyze basic properties of polymeric materials with relevant laboratory instruments, eg. FTIR, TGA, TMA, DMA, DSC and Rheometer.
培訓(xùn)新員工能運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)室相關(guān)儀器對(duì)高分子材料的基礎(chǔ)性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析,。
4.Site key expert in polymeric materias to define and excute the global material technical footprint.
作為本地高分子材料專家來定義和執(zhí)行全球材料技術(shù)路線。
5.Chair the OSRAM global BAT meeting for polymeric material technical sharing and synchronizing.
主持歐司朗全球技術(shù)研討會(huì)議,，進(jìn)行高分子材料技術(shù)共享和同步,。
6.Key member of global polymeric material sourcing committee, global polymeric material design expert and design guideline rules community.
全球高分子材料采購委員會(huì)成員，全球高分子材料設(shè)計(jì)專家群成員和全球高分子材料設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則群成員,。
7.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or above in Material/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
本科或以上學(xué)歷，材料/電子/機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè),。
2.Minimun 8 years working experience in semiconductor for bachelor or minimun 3 years for master, outstanding PhD graduate is acceptable.
至少本科8年或者碩士3年半導(dǎo)體相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),，優(yōu)秀的博士應(yīng)屆生也可接受。
3.Prefer with working experience in LED related industry.
有LED相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,。
4.Familiar with data analysis software.
熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件,。
5.Capable to communicate in English with global team.
可以用英語跟國外團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通。
6.Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes
