Position Summary (崗位描述):
Account director for BYD to drive ams OSRAM business ambitious grow in BYD and South China area.
Key Responsibility (主要職責(zé)):
1. Understand customers’ applications and product roadmap plan, understand customer organization, to have clear customer engagement strategy.
2. Be familiar with and actively promote ams OSRAM product portfolio to customers, incl. LEDs + sensor solutions for automotive exterior/interior lighting, In-cabin sensing, HUD, DMS/OMS, LiDAR applications…together with management to set ambitious growth plan.
3. Build up and maintain solid relationship with key stakeholders of customers;
4. Identify key opportunities, leverage & drive internal/external resources to win the opportunities and convert to revenue;
5. Analyze and understand the competition in customer & market, closely work with business line team to define right approach strategy and secure business win.
6. Manage the pipeline by building and updating opportunities regularly in SFDC.
7. Be the account owner and driving account team towards ambitious business growth.
1. Education background of bachelor degree or above. Major in EE, microelectronics, optics Engineering is preferred;
2. Proficiency in oral and written English;
3. At least 10 years of experience in key automotive account management of IC product.
4. Willing to take challenge.
