?PhD degree (Materials Science and material Engineering background is required), Aluminum alloy research background or 3-5year related working experiences will be preferred.
????good knowledge of material metallographic examination and analysis
????experienced in or familiar with metal material making / production process
????knowledge of heat treatment process will be preferred
????good knowledge of material failure analysis
????aware of NDT (raw material nondestructive test)
????experienced in material supplier management
????High entrepreneurial mindset, results and future orientation
????good team work sprit and cooperation
?????good communication skill, fluent English speaking and writing is required, German is appreciated.
