Roles and Responsibilities
? Lead xEV battery cell development to support unit program & vehicle program gateway deliverables.
主導(dǎo)動(dòng)力電池開(kāi)發(fā),負(fù)責(zé)動(dòng)力電池項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)方案,、開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程跟進(jìn)、產(chǎn)品測(cè)試評(píng)估,,支持電池包/整車項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)的工程交付,。
? Lead to develop & optimize battery cell DV and PV validation plan, track validation progress, evaluate validation results, and failure analysis.
負(fù)責(zé)制定和優(yōu)化電池的DV和PV驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃,驗(yàn)證過(guò)程跟進(jìn),、產(chǎn)品評(píng)估和失效分析,。
? Lead battery cell engineering specification and quality documents development (DFMEA, SCAFF, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc) to implement PPAP activities.
評(píng)審、輸出開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程技術(shù)和質(zhì)量文件,,支持PPAP開(kāi)發(fā)流程,。
? Lead battery cell technology benchmarking and competitive supplier audit and evaluation.
負(fù)責(zé)動(dòng)力電池技術(shù)對(duì)標(biāo),供應(yīng)商審核和評(píng)價(jià),。
? Effectively collaborate with cross-function team and battery suppliers to ensure the project delivery with quality.
參與項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的跨部門(mén)&供應(yīng)商的協(xié)調(diào),、溝通和評(píng)審工作。
Qualifications
? Master or higher degree in electrochemistry, material, applied chemistry, chemistry engineering education background.
碩士及以上學(xué)歷,電化學(xué)/材料/應(yīng)用化學(xué)/化學(xué)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),。
? 2+ year experience in battery cell development, design, product management is preferred.
2年以上動(dòng)力電池行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),,具備電芯開(kāi)發(fā)&設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、產(chǎn)品&項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,。
? OEM working experience in xEV battery is preferred.
具備車企動(dòng)力電池電芯開(kāi)發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,。
? Familiar with battery manufacturing process, and understand cell design and failure analysis of prismatic, pouch and cylindrical cells.
熟悉動(dòng)力電池制造流程和生產(chǎn)工藝,,了解方形、軟包,、圓柱電池的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和失效分析,。
? Familiar with Product Development Process, is preferred.
熟悉產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程者優(yōu)先。
? Good knowledge of Li-ion battery working principle and characteristics (NCM, LFP, etc).
精通鋰離子電池(三元,、磷酸鐵鋰)工作原理和電池特性者優(yōu)先,。
? Familiar with components (cathode, anode, separator, electrolyte) characterization of battery cells.
熟悉電芯材料特性和技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)方法。
? Familiar with MATLAB, Simulink, CAD are preferred.
熟悉MATLAB, Simulink, CAD等軟件者優(yōu)先,。
? Good English skills in daily work.
具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力,。
? Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)和溝通能力。
