? Support TOE Lead to develop and implement programs that provide target talent groups with development opportunities and evaluate these programs based on program objectives.
? Support TOE Lead to embed Culture traits throughout organizations.
? Provides oversight for organizational development efforts.
? Facilitate change management efforts, including communications and training.
? Evaluate current development programs and recommend programs, policies, and procedures that optimize the development of target talent groups.
? Maintain up-to-date online and offline talent records and document processes and present progress reports to stakeholders.

? Contribute to the restructuring of various teams to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
? Analyze performance data to gain insights that inform decision making.
? Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and gain insights to inform decision making.
? Lead Engagement Survey end-to-end, incl. overall planning, prep work (i.e., validate survey participant list and Chinese translation, system testing), local activation (local comms, stakeholder engagement, education sessions, etc.), survey results analysis and comms, action planning, etc.
? Lead Management Trainee Program end-to-end by partnering with internal stakeholders (i.e., talent acquisition team, People Leads and People Experience Team).
? Act as the Talent Partner for enabling functions.
? Bachelor degree or above
? Experience in FMCG company
? HRBP experience is a plus
