The OTC Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounts receivable operations.
- Streamline the process between 4 countries (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore).
- Ensuring the process compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Positive and efficiency as key mindsets to lead the order to cash processing (account receivables).
What will be your key responsibilities?
? Manage daily approval on the order release process
? Develop and implement collection strategies to improve payment metrics
? Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement appropriate actions to address any issues
? Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing and collections issues
? Tracks and analyses customer payment patterns by identifying areas where improvements can be made to increase cash flow
? Support on billing intercompany creation
? Overseeing the credit accounts, credit history, and credit limit and developing new or better repayment terms
? Overseeing the process of cash receipts efficiency, bookkeeping, and reconciliation
? Support for statutory audit on revenue documentation, and walkthrough
? Support the ICTC Team (Tax Team) on any revenue document needed

What are we looking for?
? Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
? Min. 2 Years experience in Account Receivables Management
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactively resolving any discrepancies or gap
? Comfortably working with a team, and a fast-paced environment
