'1. Lead EC digitalization
- Cowork with tech partner to consolidate and clean all commercial data from Alibaba, JD, Tiktok, PDD digital commerce tools; Build up visulized dashboard for different team daily usage.
- Monitor core metrics (GMV, conversion rate, average order value, ROI, market share) to diagnose business fluctuations and support to propose solutions.
2. Lead consumer/shopper insights
- Develop consumer segmentation frameworks (e.g., AIPL, FAST) for audience profiling.
- Analyze user behavior data (browsing/cart additions/repeat purchases) to identify decision-making patterns and pain points. Advise brand teams on consumer strategies & NPD (e.g., explore high-potential consumer segment, itrate product reno and support NPD direction).
- Evaluate campaign performance (promotions, livestreams) and optimize traffic conversion and consumer retention.
- Oversee external Data ISVs to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
3. Support to win market competition
- Co-work with I&A team to track market share and analysis the market competition.
- Analyze category/SKU pricing data & market competition to support team for product mix strategies development.
4. Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with brand marketing, EC sales & EC marketing to translate data insights into actionable plans.
- Consolidate regular reports (weekly/monthly/campaign-specific) to leadership, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
'1.At least 5-6 years of experience in consumer insight, data analysis fields with proven tracking record of consumer insights initiatives. Both agency and client side experience, FMCG is must (food & beverage preferred)
2. Ecommerce data analysis methodology expert, familiar with the latest digital commerce tools & knowledge of consumer analysis models (RFM, AIPL funnel analysis). Stong consumer empathy capbility and able to develop sharp insights.
3. Strong data analysis and insights generation skills and capbility, translate complex data/information into actionable insights and recommendation, with clear logic and compelling story by connection dots of information from different sources.
4.Excellent communication skiils with ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
5.Fluent in written and spoken English.
