1.Work closely with research scientists to select the most appropriate research methods, conduct relevant verification tests and trainings to meet research projects’ requirement.
2.Ensure laboratory operations are in compliance with QMP, HSE requirements.
3. Responsible for the coordination of daily work within the laboratory to ensure effective and efficient operation.
5.Perform lab experiments as required to deliver research projects and technical support projects.
6.Coach and train lab assistants to learn technical skills as needed.
Education & Professional Qualification
1.Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, food science, or similar disciplines.
2.Preferred qualification: Master in the aforementioned disciplines.
Knowledge:
1.A minimum of 1 years of industrial experience working in a food chemistry or food microbiology lab.
2.Multiple capabilities in food testing, food analysis, and related equipment operation skills
3.Operational capability of QHSE process (such as ISO 17025)
4.Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
5.Experience of working as part of a team, working together on multiple projects.
6.Must demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new technical skills.
