RESPONSIBILITIES
?Develop medical strategy and 3-5 years’ business plan for our products.
?Ensure compliance requirement to SOPs and ethical standards for relevant market practices.
?Continuously optimize cross-functional communication and cooperative system.
?Formulate development plan for subordinates to ensure sustained business development.
?Establish long-term cooperative relationship with top experts and industry associations.
?Integrate global and cross-functional resources to push and lead highly-efficient collaboration of business.
?Manage KOL and provide medical education and training to internal & external stakeholders.
?Provide strategic input and appropriate assessment of product information, including IISR and R&D studies as required.
?Ensure close cooperation with affiliate commercial and R&D teams to develop innovative medical promotion model.
?Develop and obtain approval for clinical study proposals as well as investigator-initiated study proposal.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
?Master’s degree or above majored in Clinical in related TA
Working Experience in Relevant Field
?5-7 years’ experience in TA management in MNC.

?Broad therapeutic competency and continuous efforts to update and improve knowledge base.
?Build and leverage internal and external strategic relationships.
?Effectively work on multi-disciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
