Key Responsibilities:
? Prada Client Account:
o Coordinate and execute catering offerings for both Prada image and retail events in line with brand standards
o In sync with the clients needs to design and implement the various options, including festivals, special occasions, special requests, etc
o Maintain the relationships via keeping to explore and develop Prada Clients’ potential requirements as well as improve solid sales performance.
? B2B Event Space & Sales Management
o Develop a sales strategy for event space management and private events, collaborating with companies, luxury brands, and strategic partners.
o Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability.
o Coordinate suppliers and operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.
? Business Strategy & Development
o Design and implement an F&B event plan, including brunches, guest bartender aperitifs, live music nights, four-hands dinners, and special activations.
o Identify new business opportunities and innovative formats to increase foot traffic and sales.
o Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, operations) to ensure effective event promotion.
? Catering Sales & External Client Acquisition
o Identify and develop a portfolio of external clients for catering services, including corporate clients, luxury brands, and private events.
o Build long-term partnerships to position catering services as a premium offering in the market.
o Oversee logistics and execution of catering services to maintain brand excellence and client satisfaction.
? Citywide Event Integration & Strategic Partnerships
o Establish relationships with key city events, festivals, and cultural institutions to create collaborations and increase brand exposure.
o Develop exclusive activations during major local and international events (e.g., fashion weeks, art fairs, music festivals).
o Work closely with city officials, tourism boards, and event organizers to secure premium positioning for brand initiatives.
? Expansion of Sales Channels
o Develop and implement strategies for the external sale of F&B products, expanding distribution and strengthening brand positioning.
o Identify partnerships and co-branding opportunities to increase visibility and sales volume.
? Budget & KPI Management
o Monitor event costs and revenues, ensuring budget adherence and revenue targets.
o Analyze event ROI and propose optimizations to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
? Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields
? At least 5 years of experience in managing F&B events, catering, and business development
? Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
? Existing network within the local event and hospitality industry is a plus
? In-depth knowledge of the food & beverage sector and market trends
? Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
? Creativity and a strong innovation mindset
? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and CRM tools
? Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
