About the role:

Drive strategic growth initiatives and enhance government relations for TWE China's multi-billion RMB wine business expansion, ensuring alignment with global sustainability agendas and cross-functional collaboration.

1. Navigate emerging business opportunities in China's wine/baijiu/liquor sectors aligned with TWE's 10B RMB growth strategy

2. Develop & execute government relations roadmap targeting NDRC, MOFCOM, SASAC and key industry associations

3. Provide high-level strategic counsel to Melbourne HQ on China-specific policy, regulatory and industry trends

4. Lead sustainability initiatives including responsible drinking education, circular packaging solutions and brand protection programs

5. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Supply, Finance, Legal and Viticulture teams

About you:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, PR, or Marketing.

2. 10+ years in corporate/PR roles (consumer goods or top agencies preferred)

3. Proven track record in FMCG/alcohol industry
