JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSES
The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for developing CRM insights and intelligence to support and promote new commercial actions on individual segments in the customer base (e.g. outreach initiatives or collaboration of campaigns).
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Leverage CRM data and tracking mechanism to provide insightful client / retail strategy, enhancement of customer journey (omni)
- Collaboration with internal teams (Retail, Merchandising and E- commerce, etc.) to search and optimize data solutions Understanding of Retail pain points to encourage focus and provide solutions. How to mobilize in-store CRM specialist to facilitate result
- Transformation of China CRM landscape, CDP, localization, digital intelligence
- Leading Assistant Clienteling Manager to develop and prepare various data dashboard and reports on CRM KPIs and client evolution performance, analyse market trends / metrics and provide insights to senior management
- Leading Assistant Clienteling Manager to analyse client profiles, portrait, purchasing behaviour to help retail team make corresponding action plans
- Leading Assistant Clienteling Manager to collect competitive intelligence, consumer insights, overall market/economic trend and perform in-depth analysis on the implications of these insights
- Provide potential high-quality clients list through historical data record to enlarge client pool and improve business
- Proactively monitor best practice of competitor and the industry as well as breakthrough digital-enabled new retail trends; Understand the application of these trends on CRM and clienteling strategy
