Execute maintenance activities within technical area of expertise by using reliable and cost-effective technical solutions, ensuring technical quality to enable the equipment operation objectives.

?關(guān)鍵職責(zé) Key Accountabilities ：
?Know and be Complaint with the site HSE, quality compliance and asset management requirements and SOPs at equipment area
?了解并遵守設(shè)備相關(guān)的安全環(huán)境, 質(zhì)量法規(guī)和資產(chǎn)管理方面的要求和流程。
?Provide machine functionality and productivity guarantee to production equipment operation.
?提供設(shè)備功能和效率的可靠保障,。
Risk based approach (FMECA) to maintenance (maintenance plans, task lists and spare parts management) and optimise the preventive maintenance.
風(fēng)險分析的方法(設(shè)備失效模式風(fēng)險分析)進行維護(維護計劃,任務(wù)列表以及相關(guān)備件管理)及優(yōu)化預(yù)防維護,。
Ensure appropriate and effective technical support to the following:
確保對于以下人員合適及有效的技術(shù)支持:
To the first line operation (e.g. Operation skills， Operation Asset Care).
支持一線操作 (例如設(shè)備操作技能,， 一線資產(chǎn)維護),。
To the Planner to achieve a high level of planned maintenance.

To the Reliability Engineer in analyzing technical and proposing improvements.

To the Spare parts keeper to achieve accurate stock data.

?Coaching technicians and operators for knowledge sharing, operation and maintenance improvement, standardize the machine operations, improve team capability

?Correctly execute and continuous optimize the equipment preventive maintenance
be professional at root cause finding out of technical Deviations, machine break downs

?Lead small scale equipment investment projects， Kaizen

?Develop efficient plan and execution of spare parts stock and consumption

?Managing effectiveness with equipment service suppliers

?Carry out Qualifications and ensure Change Controls of machines, equipment and installations.

?Assure up-to-date SOPs, comply with cGMP.

?Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation libraries and technical data files.

?教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗要求 education and working background：
?大專以上學(xué)歷。College education background.
?有制藥行業(yè)設(shè)備技術(shù)類經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,。Welcome for candidates with pharmaceutical equipment technology background.
