1. Responsible for daily machine check and maintenance
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備日常規(guī)點(diǎn)檢,、維修
2. Assist equipment engineer in setup and acceptance of new equipment;.
配合設(shè)備工程師對新進(jìn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行setup及驗(yàn)收；
3. Assist equipment engineer to improve equipment OEE, capacity, MTBA, quality and machine performance;
配合設(shè)備工程師改善設(shè)備OEE , capacity,， MTBA, quality 提升設(shè)備的性能,；
4. Participate in equipment related improvement projects
參與設(shè)備相關(guān)的改善項(xiàng)目
5. New equipment installation and debugging, coordinate with suppliers and after-sales engineers to complete equipment installation and debugging. Responsible for following up supplier's repairing, installation and improvement activities in production line.
新設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試，協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商及售后服務(wù)工程師完成設(shè)備安裝和調(diào)試,。負(fù)責(zé)全程跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商在產(chǎn)線的維修,、安裝、改善活動(dòng);
6. Repair major equipment failure, reduce downtime and deliver to normal production. Use data to summarize and analyze equipment failure causes, work out improvement measures, and continue monitoring.
設(shè)備故障維修,，減少停機(jī)時(shí)間及時(shí)交付正常生產(chǎn),。利用數(shù)據(jù)歸納分析設(shè)備故障原因，制定改善措施,，并持續(xù)監(jiān)測,。
7. Master the way to query spare parts inventory and the process of receiving spare parts, analyze the causes of parts wear and damage, monitor the usage of spare parts and report the abnormal problems of spare parts to equipment engineers in time.
掌握備件庫存查詢途徑、備件領(lǐng)取流程,，分析配件磨損,、損壞原因，監(jiān)測備件使用量并及時(shí)向設(shè)備工程師匯報(bào)備件異常問題;
8. Train and improve the skills of new technicians.
對新進(jìn)技術(shù)員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)與技能提升工作;
College degree or above on electronics or electromechanical engineering.
大專及以上學(xué)歷,，理工科電子專業(yè)或機(jī)電專業(yè)
At least 3 years related industry experience
3年以上同行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
QC seven techniques, SPC, failure mode analysis, etc.
QC七大手法,、SPC、失效模式分析等
Proficient in office software
熟練使用電腦office軟件
Good problem-solving ability, integrity, initiative, independent problem-solving ability
良好解決問題能力,、誠信,、主動(dòng),，獨(dú)立解決問題能力
