?Act as expertise consultation in package design team.
Roles and Responsibilities
?Act as business partner for assigned specific value stream (VS), take responsibility for package design, including concept simulation, package material selection, data maintenance etc. With deep knowledge of package engineering (packaging materials, transportation, storage condition, basic production processes, quality control methods, testing solution etc.), to achieve or over-achieve benchmark with innovative design.
?Be familiar with all products’ package design, not only for finish goods, but also for raw material, trading parts and in-house produced parts.
?Deeply understand and study the new development trend of package engineering, to contribute to package improvements with new design ideas for all the value streams.
?Actively analyze existing packaging design process with usage of FEMA, VSDia etc, systematically realize identified improvement potentials according to aligned schedule, to set up efficient and effective package design process.
?Realize cross VS package standardization with deeply benchmark from IPN and external market.
?Systemically identify and realize package optimization to increase the package stability and quality, to decrease the overall package related cost. Influence and later on improve design team competence with his best practice sharing, logic and structure usage of Bosch tools like FEMA, A3, 8D, and PSS etc.
?Contribute to IPN plants with actively sharing his best practice on new package development, standardization etc.
?Present the project in structure and logic way
?Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
