崗位概述
A process simulation engineer analyses the production feasibility, including process definition of press hardened parts developed by R&D team.
工藝分析工程師負責分析生產可行性,,包括對研發(fā)團隊設計的熱沖壓零部件的工藝定義。
主要職責
Specify the press hardened part and process as well as identify high risk areas, with basis on current internal press hardening process requirements. To prepare technical documents ‘Process Assessment (PA)’ & ‘Product Remark (PR)’ by following valid routines and standards.
定義熱沖壓零件和工藝,,根據(jù)內部規(guī)范要求來識別產品成形高風險區(qū)域,。并根據(jù)工藝路徑和相應標準來準備“工藝評估”和“產品評價”等技術文檔。
Support product teams and division with knowledge from press hardening process as design guidelines, ensure the product feasibility before sending to customer.
從工藝角度支持產品設計團隊和項目團隊的工作,,確保設計方案的制造可行性,。
To participate technical reviews with our clients during early design stage, presenting forming feasibility and recommending necessary changes or alternatives.
在車型設計初期,參與客戶的技術評審,,展示成形分析報告并建議必要的設計變更或其他替代方案,。
To work according to automotive standards and internal project / quality system.
須按照汽車行業(yè)標準和內部項目/質量體系要求開展工作。
任職資格/錄用條件:
High requirement in team working and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude;
具備很強的團隊合作及溝通能力,,工作態(tài)度主動積極,;
Above 3 years in automotive industry preferred and hands on experiences in stamping simulation is a must;
最好有3年以上汽車行業(yè)經驗,且從事沖壓成形模擬分析工作,;
Fresh graduate is acceptable but with theoretical experiences in stamping simulation, hot stamping highly preferred;
可接受院校應屆畢業(yè)生,,但須在沖壓成形模擬分析領域,最好是熱沖壓方向,;
Fluent in oral English;
良好的英語能力,;
Mastering in CATIA up to surface modeling is highly preferred, familiar with Office software;
最好能熟練掌握CATIA達到曲面建模水平,能熟練操作辦公軟件,;
Familiar with any simulation software is high preferred: LS-Dyna, Autoform, PAMSTAMP
最好能熟練掌握下面的某種分析軟件: LS-Dyna, Autoform, PAMSTAMP
Familiar with stamping tooling is a big plus;
熟悉模具結構將非常有優(yōu)勢,;
Engineering background;
工程相關背景即可。
