This role is responsible for China & East Asia’s BCS (Bosch Car Service) network engagement & marketing communication strategy, and also its implementation in the China market. Additionally, the role is also responsible for internal communication & branding governance to ensure synergy & efficiency among different markets.
該職位負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)及東亞市場(chǎng)維修站網(wǎng)絡(luò)客戶(hù)的線(xiàn)上/線(xiàn)下傳播策略及執(zhí)行(包括現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)客戶(hù)及潛在客戶(hù)),,從而提升品牌效應(yīng)并增強(qiáng)客戶(hù)互動(dòng)率,、活躍度。同時(shí)也負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部傳播活動(dòng)及品牌使用合規(guī)管理,。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop Workshop Network Engagement & Communication Strategy:
Develop strategy of BCS network engagement & communication strategy in China & East Asia markets, incl. content, frequency, channels, in order to ensure proper & efficient value proposition communication.
制定中國(guó)及東亞市場(chǎng)維修站網(wǎng)絡(luò)客戶(hù)的線(xiàn)上/線(xiàn)下傳播策略,,包括以?xún)r(jià)值主張為主的傳播內(nèi)容、頻次,、觸達(dá)方式/渠道以及針對(duì)終端客戶(hù)的品牌知名度,,從而提升現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)以及潛在客戶(hù)的互動(dòng)率以及活躍度。和東亞地區(qū)高效協(xié)作,,協(xié)助其傳播策略的執(zhí)行及落地,。
2. Plan & implement online/offline communication & network engagement activities in the China market:
Investigate market trends, plan & implement communication activities (mainly online, e.g. social media, new media, PR etc.) but also including offline events to increase high engagement with existing network and increase awareness & conversion with Prospects.
根據(jù)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整,、計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行中國(guó)地區(qū)線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下整合營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)并不斷拓展傳播渠道(如社交媒體,、新媒體渠道、公關(guān)活動(dòng)等),,從而確保現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)客戶(hù)的高互動(dòng)率以及潛在客戶(hù)的高轉(zhuǎn)化率,。
3. Create marketing content material & communication channel management:
Create content materials (e.g. press release, social media posts, product introduction page, KVs, short-videos) fitting target audience as Workshop & End-user, which aligns with Brand guideline, and also consolidate available materials with efficient sharing among countries.
設(shè)計(jì)并產(chǎn)出營(yíng)銷(xiāo)內(nèi)容(如公關(guān)稿,、社交媒體推文、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)上詳情頁(yè),、海報(bào),、短視頻等),確保符合品牌合規(guī)及調(diào)性,,并且整合通用有共性的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)內(nèi)容分享體系用于東亞市場(chǎng),。
4. Internal Communication Channel:
Responsible for internal communication within CN & CN+EA, e.g. Newsletter & event.
負(fù)責(zé)亞太地區(qū)的內(nèi)部傳播策略與執(zhí)行,包括跨部門(mén)及跨國(guó)家的有效交流,,從而提升內(nèi)部影響力,。
5. Cross-function collaboration:
Collaborate with sales & product teams to align communication strategy
協(xié)同銷(xiāo)售/品類(lèi)等跨部門(mén)以及跨國(guó)家的相關(guān)同事,確保營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)及傳播策略的有效落地,。
1. Min. 3-years working experience in market communication & customer engagement activities area, with holistic campaign (online+offline) in the retail chain industry related experience preferred;
3年以上品牌傳播及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)策劃執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn),,有在連鎖零售行業(yè)大型活動(dòng)全案策劃執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
2. Very familiar with different kinds of social media platform’s communication approach, and have strong creativity, copywriting and project management;
非常熟悉各種線(xiàn)上媒體渠道的傳播方式及技巧,,有優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意策劃能力,、文案能力及項(xiàng)目管理能力;
3. Strong can-do attitude with result-orientation mindset, and take initiative to drive to solve problems and achieve target;
擁有極強(qiáng)的積極主動(dòng)執(zhí)行并解決問(wèn)題的能力,,并實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成,;
4. Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. PPT, Excel), basic design & video production skills (e.g. PS) preferred;
熟悉使用MS Office軟件如PPT/Excel,,具備基本的設(shè)計(jì)及視頻剪輯生成能力優(yōu)先;
5. Fast learning ability and engage in improving business processes by contributing ideas
擁有極強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,,能積極主動(dòng)思考并優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有流程或方式從而實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo),;
6. Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin, dealing with multi-country experience preferred;
流利的英文及普通話(huà),擁有跨文化交流及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,;
7. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, communication or related fields;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、傳播學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先,;
