We are looking for a Visual Design Manager to join our company in Shanghai.

As the Visual Design Manager, you will

1. Stewardship of brand Visual Identity and package guidelines to ensure all visual assets and systems are right to market

2. Responsible for the E2E package design process from brief to print production, guiding the brand team on winning design project.

3. Support to translate business objectives into design objectives.

4. Ensure a qualified package design brief for a clear visual strategy and excellent execution.

5. Conduct design audits and research to support the brand team in sharpening the design brief.

6. Facilitate overall package design development to win;

1) Work and coach design agency to deliver winning package design.

2) Support the brand team in providing high-quality strategic feedback to the agency.

3) Present Design idea/proposal to your peers.

7. Collaborate with the X-function team to design a seamless and delightful package design experience.

8. Support the EC/Sales team with in-store visual communication, both offline and online.

? Visual design execution excellence(*package design credentials/portfolio required)

? Great listener, and good communicator. Work as Team.

? Experienced in E2E package design briefing, development, and print, with project management.

? Bagic understanding of Brand identity, visual identity & system, package.

? 5yrs+ of working experience either Agency and/or corporate (similar role).

? Bachelor degree or above, studied design and/or art related.
