Purpose of role

1) responsible for managing Sugar & Grains sourcing, in term of supply assurance, quality, service and cost, risk management, sustainability, innovation, legal requirements and policies compliance. 2) Develop sourcing strategy and lead the execution to achieve best in class sourcing process and performance in order to meet the business needs. 3) Ensure compliance to policy and best practices in procurement function.

Responsibilities:

? This role establishes the Sugar & Grains sourcing strategy (The Sugar & Grains portfolio will include but not limit ~ 100M to 120M$)

- Sourcing scope: Sugar & Grains portofolio, lead the execution with excellence for meeting the following business needs.

1. Developed and implemented sourcing strategies.

2. Build AC/CU1/CU3 and ensure coverage and commodity/cost risk management. He/She will need to understand market dynamics, commodity movement, cost model and supply & demand base for Sugar & Grains in order to ensure the price forecast as accurate as possible and minimiz P&L impact by establishing right coverage strategy.

3. Identified and executed cost-saving opportunities on E2E value chain. Lead the cross function team to achieve productivity target through best price evaluation, reformulation, alternative supplier development, localization, etc.

4. Ensure Supply security with best in class quality (RFT), service (OTIF) and BCP with full accountability to solve supply issue.

5. Conduct the contract negotiation, RFP or Auction to deliver AC, producitvity and cash target.

6. Spearheaded strategic supplier management initiatives, including performance evaluations, contract negotiations, sustainability, innovation, and relationship building to drive long-term partnerships.

7. Manage the supplier partnership,competitiveness and multiple sourcing to ensure optimal source of suppy.

8. Make sure legal contract is in place and the compliance with procurement policy including SAF, supplier validation, GSCP requirement.

9. Support innovation and sustainability, EISD agenda for the AMEA region.

10.Market Intelligence: Keep seamless cooperation with CPRM, COE, and supplier, keep tracking the downstream and upstream market trend, risk assessment, competitive benchmark, and pricing insights.

11. Digital tool exploration and application on sourcing process.
