About the role
Drive business growth in for ecommerce channel:
? Develop 3-year sales growth & platform expansion plan of EC emerging channel, including sales revenue, key promotion campaigns, trade marketing plan, and consumer behaviour understanding.
? Focus on emerging channel, drive for sustainable growth, including Douyin Brand flagship store, Douyin super.
Work closely with Marketing team to help customers improve store operation, recruit new consumers across categories and enhance repeated purchase and brand loyalty with support from powerful digital tools.
National Key Account Manager- Ecomm
? EC key customers' annual business planning, management, negotiation, and customer relationship maintenance
? Manage EC distributors / service providers
? According to the annual sales strategy target, achieve the sales target within investment budget
? Be responsible for the reconciliation, and collect customer's account within the specified accounting period
? Cooperate with the marketing department to promote brand and maintain brand marketing positioning
? Develop new channels and expand business volume
About you
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 6 years‘ working experience
? Average English listening and speaking ability
? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
? FMCG industry experience is preferred (based on offline customer management experience)
