職位描述
-Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function. -Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.
Major Accountabilities
~ 準(zhǔn)備集成品牌團(tuán)隊和發(fā)布團(tuán)隊的內(nèi)容。
~ 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行,、監(jiān)測和分析一致同意的戰(zhàn)術(shù)計劃,，以確保品牌的成長
~ 按照內(nèi)部 SOP 和行為準(zhǔn)則章程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定宣傳活動。
~ 監(jiān)測和控制品牌預(yù)算、預(yù)期支出和費用,，并評估產(chǎn)品的營銷組合方案以評估成本效益和結(jié)果,。
~ 通過與客戶互動來獲得對區(qū)域市場的洞察力并找出機遇
~ 舉辦集中營銷活動以及區(qū)域性營銷活動
~ 使用適當(dāng)工具監(jiān)測產(chǎn)品性能和外部環(huán)境，并在需要時采取調(diào)整措施以實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營目標(biāo)
~ 與營銷和醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊協(xié)作,，以最大限度地擴(kuò)大活動： - 在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)按疾病劃分的童子軍中心,、KOLs 和 LL - 確定每個患者段的特定需求以及疾病對指定區(qū)域內(nèi)每個患者的影響
Key Performance Indicators
?特定營銷子職能中的本地品牌經(jīng)理或全球/區(qū)域/本地子職能專家,。
?與當(dāng)?shù)毓芾韺雍腿驙I銷部門一致制定產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略,，實施支持戰(zhàn)術(shù)計劃/項目。
