What will be your key responsibilities?
?管理區(qū)域或渠道的同事履行公司對于合規(guī)的要求,，包括但不限于“真店、真訪,、真訂單,、真執(zhí)行、真費用,、真數(shù)據(jù)”
?
1,，負責(zé)轄區(qū)銷售預(yù)測、制定每期銷售計劃,，確保銷售目標(biāo)達成,；
2，追蹤并確保所轄區(qū)域KPI的執(zhí)行及落實,；
3,，關(guān)注經(jīng)銷商，權(quán)重批發(fā)商，重點零售客戶,，定期做生意回顧和機會分析,，跟進各項過程指標(biāo)達成；
4,，整合各類資源（人員,、費用、車輛等）,；
5,，提高資源使用效率明確團隊成員工作職責(zé)和目標(biāo)，定期進行績效回顧,；
6,，團隊人員凝聚，激勵,，營造良好的團隊氛圍,，提升戰(zhàn)斗力。
